Rhonda P. Ley - Acting Regional Director
Acting Regional Director

Effective May 5, 2014, Rhonda P. Ley is Acting Regional Director of Region 6 - Pittsburgh after the retirement of previous Regional Director Robert W. Chester. Welcome to Region 6 of the National Labor Relations Board.

We conduct elections, investigate charges of unfair labor practices, and protect the rights of workers to act together, serving western Pennsylvania, parts of West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland, from our office in Pittsburgh. If you have questions or wish to file a charge or petition for election, please visit our office or call and ask for the Information Officer on duty. We can arrange to have someone speak with you in the language of your choice.

We are also happy to provide speakers and materials to promote a greater understanding of the National Labor Relations Act. Hearing impaired callers who wish to speak to an Agency representative should contact the Federal Relay Service by visiting its website at, calling one of its toll free numbers and asking its Communications Assistant to call our toll free number at 1-866-667-NLRB.

See Newsletter list for an R-Case Rules presentation.
