Excluded: All confidential employees, office clerical employees, and all other employees excluded in the Certification of Representative, #21-RC-17879, issued by the NLRB (including without limitation physicians, and residents), registry nurses, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, traveling nurses, guards, managers, supervisors, as defined in the Act.
