Excluded: All merchandising employees, production stage managers, technical directors, tour coordinators, company managers, athletic trainers, performance directors, and assistant performance directors, and office clerical employees, and guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties agree that employees working temporarily or on loan from a different show may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved.
