Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time and per-diem Case Managers employed by the Employer at the following locations: Inspira Medical Center of Mullica Hill, 700 Mullica Hill Road, Mullica Hill, New Jersey; Inspira Medical Center of Woodbury, 509 North Broad Street, Woodbury, New Jersey; Inspira Office Building, 17 W. Red Bank Avenue, Woodbury, New Jersey; and Inspira Medical Arts Building, 52 W. Red Bank Avenue, Woodbury, New Jersey. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. EXCLUDED: All other employees, Clinical Educators, CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Instructors, Clinical Documentation Specialists, Clinical Resource RN, Clinical Outcomes Manager, RN Admission Coordinator, Nurse Auditors, System Analysts, Performance Improvements Coordinators, Quality Performance Improvement Specialists, Infection Control Nurses, LPNs, Nursing Assistants, Orderlies, Population Care Coordinators, Technicians, Pharmacist, administrative employees, students, agency nurses, maintenance employees, directors and Registered Nurses not employed by Inspira Medical Center Woodbury, Inc., and all other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Health Professionals and Allied Employees/AFT, AFL-CIO, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit off all full time, and part-time registered nurses employed by the Employer at the following locations: Inspira Medical Center of Mullica Hill located at 700 Mullica Hill Road, Mullica Hill, New Jersey; Inspira Medical Center of Woodbury located at 509 North Broad Street, Woodbury, New Jersey; Inspira Office Building located at 17 W. Red Bank Ave., Woodbury, New Jersey; including Paramedic Nurses, Patients Education Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, Family Medical Center, Cancer Services Coordinators, Employee Health Nurses, IV Therapy Nurses, and Per Diem Nurses who worked for the Employer an average of four or more hours a week, in an eligible unit classification. currently represented by Health Professionals & Allied Employees, AFT/AFL-CIO. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
