Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Sr. Specialist-Network Support employees and Specialist-Network Control employees employed by the Employer at its facility at Guaynabo CO – Marginal Martinez Nadal Carr. #20, Lote 60, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico 00966. Excluded: All other employees, outside sales employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, CLC, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of employees working for the Employer at its facilities in Puerto Rico, employed in the following classifications: Business Customer Service Specialist I, Business Credit & Collections Agent, Inventory Administrator, Representative I – Credit & Collections, Representative I – Customer Care, Retail Sales Consultant, Digital Technician, Transport Network Technician, Wireless Technician, Mobile Core & VAS Platform Technician, Associate Field/Tech Support Switch Technician, Network Infrastructure Technician, Facilities Infrastructure Technician, Network SupportTechnician, Switch Translation Technician, Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician, and Network Support Administrator, who are currently represented by Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO, CLC.
