31st Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference

Regions 31 and 21 of the NLRB, along with the Orange County Labor and Employment Relations Association and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service held the 31st Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference in Anaheim on July 24, 2013. Mori Rubin, Regional Director of Region 31, and Olivia Garcia, Regional Director of Region 21, participated in a panel entitled “NLRB Update.” Region 31 Supervisory Attorney Steven Wyllie served as the moderator of the panel, which also included representatives of the Union and the Employer perspectives. Director Rubin provided an update on social media cases and Director Garcia provided an update on Board law concerning mandatory arbitration agreements.
