Regional Director of Region 31 Mori Rubin and Regional Director of Region 21 Olivia Garcia participated on this panel, along with union attorney Josh Adams and employer attorney Richard Kopenhefer. The moderator of the panel was Region 31 Field Examiner Danielle Pierce.
