Informational Meeting on New Representation Case Rules

NOTICE OF INFORMATIONAL MEETING CONCERNING NEW NLRB REPRESENTATION CASE RULES
            New NLRB rules for processing Representation petitions are scheduled to go into effect on April 14, 2015. In order to acquaint employers, labor organizations and legal practitioners about the new rules, NLRB Region 9 will be conducting an informational meeting on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the Regional Office in Cincinnati. 
          The meeting will involve a presentation approximately one hour in length highlighting the differences between the current rules and the new rules. A question and answer period will follow.
           Please direct this notice to anyone in your organization who may be interested in attending. There are no registration or fee requirements. However, we would appreciate you letting us know if you are planning to attend.
