Excluded: All other employees.

Unit Sought: All employees of the Employer who are based or located in New York City and who are employed in the job titles attached as Attachment B- Excluded: Executive, administrative, or supervisory employees, the secretaries to corporate officers of the Employer or the heads of major departments, persons employed in the Human Resources Department, or employees whose employment is temporary.
