Honors, Pathways, and Student Volunteer Program
The NLRB Honors, Pathways and Student Volunteer Program is a nationwide training program for students and non-student participants working in various Headquarters and Field Offices as well as participating locations in the Division of Judges. These programs supplement training for new hires, both legal and non-legal, and all NLRB employees throughout the Agency to educate everyone about the Agency and its various offices. The goal of the program is to provide the participants with an understanding as to how the Agency functions, that will help them be informed practitioners if they practice before the Board or if they are involved in labor related issues.
