Lauren Esposito
Judge Esposito was appointed in January 2011. She had previously worked for 9 years as an NLRB field attorney in Region 2 (New York, New York). Prior to her work at Region 2, she spent 7 years in private practice representing labor unions, benefit funds, and employees in cases before the NLRB and labor arbitration, and in litigation involving employment discrimination, pension and welfare benefit funds issues, and union democracy matters arising under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act. She received a B.A. degree from Swarthmore College and a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School. Before transferring to the NLRB Judges Division she was an SSA judge in the Bronx, New York.
