Labor Union:NEW ENGLAND REGIONAL COUNCIL OF CARPENTERS, FLOORCOVERS, LOCAL 2168, A/W UNITED BROTHERHOOD OF CARPE

Voting Unit (Unit A):All full time and part time floor covering employees and apprentices who were hired on or before Friday January 2, 2009. Also eligible to vote are those floor covering employees and apprentices who are not employed on the eligibility date but who 1) have been employed for a cumulative total of 30 working days in the 12 month period immediately preceding the payroll eligibility date or 2) who had some employment in the 12 month period immediately preceding the eligibility date and who were employed for a cumulative total of at least 45 working days in the 24 month period immediately preceding the eligibility date and, in either of the above cases, were not terminated for cause or voluntarily quit prior to the completion of the last job for which they were employed; but EXCLUDING all other employees, professional employees, clerical/secretarial staff, managers, and supervisors within the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act.
