Inasmuch as the parties cannot agree as to whether employees in the classifications of administrative assistants; administrative coordinators; administrative secretaries; coordinator financial assistance; customer service representatives I & II; financial counselor; insurance coordinator I & II; lab billing & coding specialists; lab registrar; lead registrar; medical secretary; office coordinator; operating room scheduling analyst; patient registrar Iⅈ patient services coordinator (breast health); patient services coordinator (Cancer Center); resource coordinator government programs; secretaries I & II; and senior nursing payroll representatives are to be included in or excluded from the bargaining unit, employees in these classifications may vote subject to challenge.
