Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time nonprofessional service and maintenance employees, and per diem employees who have regularly worked an average of at least 8 hours per week during the 13 week period immediately preceding approval of this Agreement, including: addiction recovery program coordinators, administrative assistants, administrative coordinators – Nursing, anesthesia technicians, baristas, booking coordinators, café cashiers, central sterile certified technicians, central sterile technicians, cooks, decontamination technicians, department secretaries, department secretaries/medical assistants, distribution coordinators, EKG technicians, equipment/materials coordinators, ER secretaries, ESD lead aides, food service workers, GI techs, gift shop associates, greeters, histology assistants, housekeepers (I, II and III), image service representatives, interpreters, intervention nephrol patient coordinators, inventory control clerks, inventory/materials specialists, IR technical assistants, lab assistant generalists, laborers, lead anesthesia technicians, lead cooks, lead EKG technicians, lead food service workers, lead GI techs, lead orderlies, lead receptionists, lead technicians, lead unit secretaries, lead unit services technicians, linen distribution technicians, mailroom technicians, medical assistants, mental health workers, nutrition assistants, office assistants, OR assistants, OR case cart coordinators, OR inventory specialists, patient care assistants, patient care assistant IIs, patient coordinators, patient coordinator IIs, patient information coordinators, patient relations representatives, patient sitters, patient/family relations coordinators, pharmacy infomatics technicians, pharmacy technicians, phlebotomists, practice assistants, primary care nutrition assistants, PT aides, radiology receptionists, receiving technicians, receptionists/secretaries, Russian interpreters, senior pharmacy technicians, service coordinators, short order cooks, Spanish interpreters, transporters, unit secretaries, and unit services technicians employed by the Employer at its 1153 Centre Street, Boston, Massachusetts facility. Excluded: All other employees, physicians, nurses, technical employees, skilled maintenance employees, employees of outside registries and other agencies that supply labor to the Hospital, research assistants or functionally similar positions, already-represented employees, per diem employees who have not worked an average of at least 8 hours per week during the 13 week period preceding approval of this Agreement, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
