Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time (including eligible per diem) technical employees who regularly worked an average of at least eight hours per week during the 13 week period immediately preceding approval of this Agreement and are still on the payroll at the time of voting, including employees with the following job titles: Cardiac Sonographer, Cardio / Neuro Technologist, Cardiovascular Technician, Cert Surg Tech 1st Assist, Cert Surg Tech 1st Assist – 1, Certified Surgical 1st Assist, COTA Lvl II, CT Technologist, CV Tech / Data & Inv Ngt Coor, Histo/Immuno Technologist, Histotechnician (cert), Interventional Tech, Mammo Tech Certified, Massage Therapist, Medical Lab Technician, Mental Health Tech, MRI Technologist, Multi-Modality Imager, Multimodality Sonographer, Nuclear Medicine Technician, Physical Therapist Asst I-II, Rad Tech W/E On Call, Radiation Therapist I-II, Radiologic Technologist, Respiratory Therapist, Senior Ultrasound Tech, Surgical Technologist, Team Leader Respiratory Care, Tech II - Hematology – Co, and Ultrasound Technician employed by Cooley Dickinson Hospital at its 30 Locust St., Northampton, Massachusetts facility. Excluded: All other employees, skilled maintenance, all other professional employees, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Hospital, "research assistants" or functionally similar positions, all already represented employees and per diem employees who have not regularly worked an average of at least eight hours per week during the 13 week period preceding approval of this Agreement, business office clerical employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
