Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time maintenance technicians in classes I, II, and III employed by the Employer at Avalon Shelton-185 Canal Street, Shelton, CT; Avalon East Norwalk-8 Norden Place, Norwalk, CT; Avalon Wilton 1-25 River Road, Wilton, CT; Avalon Wilton 2-116 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT; Avalon New Canaan-100 Avalon Drive East, New Canaan, CT; Avalon Stratford-1000 Avalon Way, Stratford, CT; Avalon Norwalk-26 Belden Ave., Norwalk, CT; Avalon Darien-137 Hollow Tree Ridge Road, Darien, CT; Eaves-66 Glenbrook Road, Stamford, CT; and AVA-50 Forest Street, Stamford, CT. Excluded: All other employees, including office clerical employees, and guards, and professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Maintenance Supervisors employed by the Employer at the buildings identified in the unit description may vote in the election, but that their ballots will be challenged. The Regional Director has not decided whether the individuals in this classification are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
