Voting Unit (Unit A):5. UNIT AND ELIGIBLE VOTERS. The following unit is appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining within the meaning of Section 9(b) of the Act: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Corrosion Tech 2 employees, Markout QA/QC Inspectors, and Supervisor - Gas Construction employed at the Employer’s facility in East Hartford and Rocky Hill, Connecticut facilities. Excluded: Supervisor - Gas Construction and Maintenance, and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. ADDITIONAL ELIGIBLE VOTER. The parties have agreed that Employer’s employee Michael Stephens is eligible to vote. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Connecticut Independent Utility Workers, Local 12924, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of all full-time and regular part-time production and distribution and commercial office (customer accounting) employees, including meter readers and operations dispatchers, employed at the Employer’s East Hartford and Rocky Hill, Connecticut facilities. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
