COMBINED UNIT All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses employed by the Employer at its at its Westborough, Massachusetts facility; but excluding all directors of nursing, charge nurses, out-patient Registered Nurses and out-patient Licensed Practical Nurses, office clerical employees, managers, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
