Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time skilled maintenance employees in the Engineering Department, including Bed Repair Specialists, Carpenters, HVAC Mechanics, Electricians, Painters, Plumbers, Facility Systems Technicians, Maintenance Workers, Power Plant Operators, Groundskeepers, Building Superintendents and Lead Carpenters, Lead Groundskeepers, and Lead Power Plant Operators, and all full or part time Biomedical Department employees, including Biomedical Technicians and Biomedical Engineers, employed by the employer at its Norwalk, Connecticut location. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, temporary employees, casual employees, professional employees, managerial employees, registered nurses, business office clerical employees, technical employees, all other non-professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
