Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full time and regular part-time Home Health Aides, Resident Care Aides, Medication Aides, Recreation Aides, Laundry Aides, Cooks, Waitresses/Waiters, Kitchen Staff, Chambermaids/Housekeepers, Maintenance, Porters, Receptionists, Assisted Living Program Coordinator, Financial/Entitlement Case Manager, Medical Case Manager, Resident Care Project Coordinator, and Resident Care Assistant Case Manager. Excluded: All other employees including, Administrator, Assistant Administrator, Director of Marketing, Comptroller, Assistant Comptroller, Registered Nurses, Resident Care Supervisor, Resident Care Morning Shift Supervisor, Resident Care Evening Shift Supervisor, Resident Care Shift Supervisor, Director of Personnel & Resident Services, Kitchen Supervisor, Director of Operations, Director of Recreation, Maintenance Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, Director of Case Management, Medication Supervisor, Weekend Manager, supervisors, guards, and professional employees as defined in the Act.
