Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time, and per-diem* non-professional employees, including CNA's/CNA2's, unit clerks/assistants, activities aides/recreation aides/recreation specialists, transport aides, physical therapy aides, occupational therapy aides, COTA's, rehabilitation techs, cooks, dietary aides, dietary techs, maintenance workers, and receptionists employed by the Employer at its facility located at 121 Dunning Road, Middletown, NY EXCLUDED: All other employees, including RN's, social workers, music therapists, art therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dieticians, business office clericals (bookkeepers and in-service office clerks), MDS coordinator, HR assistant, nursing secretary, housekeeping employees, laundry employees, and staffing coordinators, and guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. *Those per diems eligible to vote are those who worked at least an average of 4 hours per week in the 13 weeks prior to the eligibility date.
