Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time, and per-diem* employees with the title Registered Nurse, Admitting Nurse, Integrated Nurse Specialist and Surgical Services Nurse Liaison employed by Putnam Hospital Center at the acute care facility located at 670 Stoneleigh Avenue, Carmel, New York 10512. EXCLUDED: All other employees including, Education Coordinators, OR Team Coordinators, Cardiac Rehab Coordinators, Metabolic/Bariatric Surg. Coordinators, OR Clinical Resource Coordinators, Outcomes Coordinators, Clinical Data Coordinators, Patient Relations Coordinators, Diabetic Educators, Surgical Services Educators, Nurse Supervisors, Nurse Case Managers, Charge Nurses, Assistant Nurse Managers, Infection Control Officers, Clinical Denials Specialists, Nurse Navigators, Clinical Documentation Specialists, Informatics/Robotics RN Specialists, Certified Lactation Consultants, Metabolic/Bariatric Clinical Specialists, Patient Oncology Navigators and Patient Liaisons, and office clerical employees, and guards, and other professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
