Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at the following Healthcare sites: 400 East 30th Street, 7th floor 7C-l l, New York, NY 10016; 1122 Franklin Avenue, Bronx, NY 10456; 1911-21 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, NY 10453; 800 Barreto Street, Bronx, NY 10474; 2759 Webster Avenue, Bronx, NY 10458; 3600 Jerome Avenue, Bronx, NY 10467; and 691 East 13 8th Street, Bronx, NY I 0454, with the professional titles of Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Pediatrician, Dentist, and Physician. Excluded: All other employees, including non-professional employees, employees with the titles of Nurse Manager, CASAC Opioid Use Disorder and Substance Use Disorder Coordinator (sometimes known as "CASAC Supervisor/Coordinator"), Dental Director, and Population Health and Outreach Manager (sometimes known as "Outreach Supervisor"), confidential employees, guards, managerial and supervisory employees as defined in the Act.
