Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem* professional employees, including Creative Arts Therapists, Crisis Therapists, Mental Health Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Pharmacists, Senior Crisis Therapists, Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, Substance Abuse Coordinators and Wellness Specialists employed by the Employer at its main facility located at 275 North Street, Harrison New York, and at the Employer's offsite facilities who were employed during the payroll period ending June 1, 2024. Excluded: All non-professional employees, guards, confidential employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. *Per diem employees are eligible to vote if they worked an average of four or more hours per week for the thirteen-week period immediately preceding the payroll eligibility date.
