Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time business office clerical employees* employed by the Employer at its Poughkeepsie, New York location, including all A/P Specialists, Credit and Collection Representative I, Credit and Collection Representative II, Credit and Collection Representative III, Patient Account Analyst, Patient Accounting Representative I, Patient Accounting Representative II, Patient Accounting Representative III, Patient Financial Analyst, Patient Financial Services Representative, Patient Financial Specialist (EMP SVCS), Payroll Specialist, Registration Representative I, Registration Representative II, Registration Representative III, Registration Analysts, Patient Access CWS/ARM Analyst, Authorization and Referral Management Representative, Community-wide Scheduling Representative, and Financial Registrar; but excluding all employees who are currently represented by a labor organization, all guards, supervisors and professional employees as defined in the Act, and all other employees. *All per diem employees who worked an average of four hours or more a week in the 13 weeks preceding the payroll eligibility date are regular part-time employees and eligible to vote.
