Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Class A route drivers, Class A route/transport drivers, Class A transport drivers, Class B drivers, distribution trainers, specials delivery drivers, and vacation relief drivers employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 504 3rd Avenue Extension, Rensselaer, New York; 225 North Main Street, Route 7, Rutland, Vermont; 308 Riverside Drive, Littleton, New Hampshire; and 163 Brookside Farm Road, Newburgh, New York; excluding all office clerical employees, managerial employees, guards, and professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.* *There is a dispute about the eligibility of dispatchers Kenneth MacDonald, Patrick Luci, Jr, Ryan Donohue, and John Griffin. The parties reserve their right to challenge the eligibility of these individuals and to resolve their unit placement in a post-election proceeding, if necessary.
