Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its 99 Weed Street Extension, Plattsburgh, New York location, including the following classifications: control operators, plant operators, maintenance technicians, instrument & electrical technicians, and senior maintenance technicians. Excluded: All General Managers, Operations & Maintenance Managers, Supervisor Gas Pipeline, Plant Engineers, guards, and all other professional employees and supervisors as defined by Sections 2(12) and 2(11) of the Act. * There is a dispute as to whether the classifications of administrative assistant, project analyst, and maintenance & support supervisor should be included in the appropriate collective bargaining unit. The parties have reserved the right to challenge the eligibility of administrative assistants, project analysts, and maintenance & support supervisors should the incumbents decide to vote, and to resolve their status in a post-election proceeding, if necessary.
