Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time stock loaders, asphalt plant operators, ground men associated with the asphalt plant operations, bobcat operators, employees performing repair and maintenance duties of the asphalt plant that are not performed by the manufacturer, stock truck driver at the Walworth plant, and foremen employed by the Employer at the following facilities: 1200 Atlantic Avenue, Walworth, New York; 746 Whalen Road, Penfield, New York; 1719 Lovers Lane, Clifton Springs, New York; and 1085 Buffalo Road, Rochester, New York, who were employed by the employer during payroll period ending September 23, 2017. EXCLUDED: All managers, confidential employees, scale operators, all equipment operators and mechanics not working directly for Rochester Materials, supervisors as defined by the Act and all other employees.
