Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time professional employees employed by the Employer at its Monticello, New York facility, including the classifications of Occupational Therapist, Teacher, School Counselor, and Speech Language Pathologist, and all full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees employed by the Employer at its Monticello, New York facility, including the classifications of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Child Care Assistant, Teacher Assistant, Substitute Teacher, Substitute Teacher 1, Special Education Substitute Teacher, Custodian, Secretary, Maintenance, and Office Coordinator; excluding guards, supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. However, since this unit includes professional and non-professional employees who cannot be joined in a single unit without the desires of the professional employees being determined in a separate vote, elections will be conducted in the following Voting Groups: VOTING GROUP A All full-time and regular part-time professional employees employed by the Employer at its Monticello, New York facility, including the classifications of Occupational Therapist, Teacher, School Counselor, and Speech Language Pathologist; but excluding all non-professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. VOTING GROUP B All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees employed by the Employer at its Monticello, New York facility, including the classifications of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Child Care Assistant, Teacher Assistant, Substitute Teacher, Substitute Teacher 1, Special Education Substitute Teacher, Custodian, Secretary, Maintenance, and Office Coordinator; excluding professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. The parties also agree that the classification of Coordinator is professional and individuals voting subject to challenge within that classification will be provided with the same ballot as those individuals in Voting Group A.
