Voting Unit (Unit A): All full-time and part-time Food & Beverage Department line cooks, sous chefs, front of house utility workers, baristas, servers, bartenders, counter service attendants, beverage specialists, dishwashers, and shift leads; all full-time and regular part-time Facilities Department facility representatives, maintenance representatives, and cleaners; all full-time and regular part-time Visitor Experience Department Visitor experience associates, and visitor experience shift leads. but excluding ;Preservation and Safety employees, Advancement employees, Archives and Special Collection employees, Art Preparation employees, Communications and Community Engagement employees, Curatorial employees, Executive Offices employees, Finance employees, Human Resources employees, Imaging and Visual Resources employees, Information Technology employees, Learning and Creativity employees, Public Art employees, Publications and Digital Experience employees, Registration employees, Head of Retail Operations, all office clerical employees, confidential employees, guards, and professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. However, Stationary Engineers, Stationary Engineer Apprentice, Visitor Experience & Group Tours Manager, and Visitor Experience & Volunteer Manager are neither included in nor excluded from the bargaining unit covered by this certification, inasmuch as the parties did not agree on the inclusion or exclusion of this classification and agreed to have them to vote subject to challenge and resolution of their inclusion or exclusion was unnecessary because their ballots were not determinative of the election results.
