Voting Unit (Unit A):PROFESSIONAL UNIT: VOTING GROUP A INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurse/Medical Clerk, Instructors, Property/Supply Specialist, Career Placement/Safety Cadet Coordinator, MYPACE Coordinator, TEAP Specialist, Career Counselor, and Lead CNA Instructor employed at the Employer’s 8115 Glasgow Road, Cassadaga, NY 14718 facility. EXCLUDED: All office clerical employees, non-professional employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT: VOTING GROUP B INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time CSIO Assistant/Leadership Coordinator, Administration/Scheduling Clerk, Work Based Learning/Community Liaison, Career Preparation – PH1, Career Preparation PH2, OTP/ACT/Counselor, Maintenance Worker, Senior Lead Cook, Cook’s Helper, Cook, Outreach and Admission (“OA”) Specialist/Clerk, Career Transition Services (“CTS”), OA/CTS Recruiters, Student Records Clerk, Recreation Aide, Senior Residential Advisor, Residential Advisor, Driver, Accountant/Bookkeeper, TABE Administrator, and Purchasing Agent employed by the Employer at its 8115 Glasgow Road, Cassadaga, NY 14718 location, including the OA/CTS Recruiters employed by the Employer at its 77 Goodell Street, Buffalo, NY 14203 location. EXCLUDED: All office clerical employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, guards, and professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
