Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Substitutes, Dewitt Team Members, Collegetown Team Members, Replenishment Buyers, and Managers on Duty, employed by the Employer at its facilities located at 215 N. Cayuga St., Ithaca, New York 14850 and 307 College Ave., Ithaca, New York 14850, as a residual to the existing collective bargaining unit of GreenStar Cooperative Market, Inc. employees currently represented by Workers United Rochester Regional Joint Board (case 03-RC-347949). Excluded: All confidential employees, managerial employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Assistant Store Managers may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility and the inclusion or exclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
