Excluded: All confidential employees, business office clerical employees, physicians, registered nurses, professional employees, non-professional employees, skilled maintenance employees, managers, guards, supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. Others Permitted to Vote: At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether the Lead Mammo Tech, Ultrasound Tech Cardiac, Lead CT Tech, Lead Ultrasound Tech, Medical Lab Scientist I, Medical Lab Scientist II, Lead Tech Blood Bank, Lead Endoscopy Tech, Lead Tech Micro, and Lead Nuclear Med TCH classifications are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit, and individuals in these classifications will be permitted to vote in the election but their ballots shall be challenged since their eligibility has not been determined. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. 2. The parties agree that per-diem employees that have worked an average of four (4) hours per week during the thirteen (13) weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election are eligible to vote.
