Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time* non professional employees employed by the Employer at The Pines at Glens Falls Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, including licensed practical nurses, certified assistants, cooks, dietary aides, housekeepers, laundry aides, maintenance employees, activity assistants and ward clerks; excluding all other employees, including office clericals, physical therapy assistants, certified occupational therapy assistants, diet technicians, guards, and all professional employees including registered nurses, dieticians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and social workers and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. *The parties agree that for the purposes of eligibility in this election employees must work an average of 15 hours or more per week (16 hours or more per week for LPNs) over the thirteen weeks preceding the payroll period eligibility date (October 25, 2014).
