Excluded: All registered nurses employed by the Employer at any other locations, or in any other capacity, including the Employer's dialysis centers, its HHC services at the Orleans county jail, in its residential health care unit and in patient education; all registered nurse supervisors, including the Don Services, nurse managers, assistant manager for critical care (ICU, ER) assistant manager 2nd floor med-sur/OB units, assistant nurse manager for surgical services, and administrative nursing supervisors; Director of Home Care, and registered nurses assigned to the residential health care facility, and all guards, office clerical employees, and supervisors, as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
