Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time and eligible per diem service and skilled maintenance employees employees employed by Coatesville Hospital Corporation d/b/a Brandywine Hospital at its facility located at 201 Reeceville Road, Coatesville, PA in the following job classifications: aide, case management coordinator, centrail sterile technician, central processing technician, central processing technician II, clinical assistant, clinical coordinator, coordinator, department secretary/administrative assistant, electrocardiograph (EKG) technician, engineering I, engineering II, engineering III, emergency room (ER) technician, file clerk, intensive care unit (ICU) monitor technician, patient care unit (PCU) monitor technician, emergency room (ER) monitor technician, intake coordinator, medical assistant, mental health worker, mental health worker I, mental health worker interpersonal therapy (IPT), nurse assistant, patient sitter, phlebotomist, tumor technician, registrar, and unit secretary. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including technical employees, registered nurses, confidential employees, physicians, residents, central business office employees, nurse and/orclinical eductors or coordinators, clinical nurse specialist, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RNS, infection control/health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance and/or quality management nurses, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
