Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time and eligible per-diem service and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 700 Adams Avenue, Scranton, PA in the following job classifications: administrative assistant, bio-med department clerk, cashier, delivery driver, ED adminstrative support assistant, ED assistant, housekeeper, housekeeper II, imaging assistant, imaging clerk/receptionist, laboratory clerical assistant, mental health technician, certified nurse assistant, non-certified nurse assistant, OR scheduler, patient sitter, patient transporter, phlebotomist, pre-admission testing assistant, sterile processing technician I, sterile processing technician II, telemetry technician, and unit secretary. Excluded: All other employees including profiessional employees, technical employees, skilled maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, confidential employees, physicians, registered nurses, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RNs, infection control/employee health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
