Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time and eligible per-diem technical employees employed by the Employer at its facility located at 700 Adams Avenue, Scranton, PA in the following job classifications: activities therapist, anesthesia technician, cardiology technician, COTA (certified occupational therapy assistant), CRTT (certified respiratory therapy technician), CT technician I, CT technician II, non-registered ECHO (echocardiograph) technician, LPN (licensed practical nurse), mammography technician I, mammography technician II, MLT (medical lab technician), MRI technologist, neuroscience technician I, nuclear medical technician II, OB technician, lead OB technician, pharmacy technician, IV trained pharmacy technician, physical therapy assistant, physical therapy technician, radiology technician I, radiology technician II. RRT (registered respiratory therapist), respiratory care practitioner, surgical technologist, ultrasound technologist, and vascular ultrasonographer. Excluded: All other employees including professional employees, service and maintenance employees, skilled maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, confidential employees, physicians, registered nurses, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RNs, infection control/employee health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
