Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All regular full-time Warehouse laborers, tire technicians, auto technicians and local route truck drivers employed by the Employer at its Main Facility, located at 730 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton PA 18509; and all truck tire technicians employed by the Employer at its Commercial Facility located at 350 East Gibson Street, Scranton PA 18509; and all tire retread technicians employed by the Employer at its Retread Facility located at 116 Larch Street, Scranton PA 18509. Excluded: All other employees employed by the Employer at its three (3) referenced facilities, including, but not limited to, all sales people, service desk employees, maintenance employees, business office clericals, professional employees, lead employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act at those facilities; and all employees employed by the Employer at any other facility or location, regardless of job classification.
