Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time and eligible per diem service and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its facility located 250 South 21st Street, Easton, PA in the following job classifications: Aide/Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician (PCT), Anesthesia Technician, Central Processing Technician, Clerk, EKG Technician, Medical Secretary, Monitor Technician, OR Clerk, OR Equipment Technician, Pharmacy Technician, Phlebotomist, Receptionist, Scheduling Clerk, Transporter, Tumor Technician/Registrar and Unit Secretary. Excluded: All other employees including professional employees, technical employees, skilled maintenance employees, registered nurses, confidential employees, physicians, residents, central business office employees, nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance and/or quality management nurses, managers, guards and supervisors as described in the Act. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
