Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians employed by the Employer in the following Pennsylvania facilities: Lancaster EMS East Station Headquarters and Administration in East Lampeter Township; Lancaster EMS West Station Business Office in Millersville Borough; Lancaster EMS Columbia Avenue Station Maintenance Office in Lancaster; Lancaster EMS Buck Station in Quarryville; Lancaster EMS Quarryville Station, also in Quarryville; Lancaster EMS Strasburg Station in Strasburg Borough; Lancaster EMS LGH Station in Lancaster City; Lancaster EMS LRMC Station, also in Lancaster City; Lancaster EMS Women and Babies Station in East Hempfield Township; and Lancaster EMS West Lampeter Station in Willow Street. EXCLUDED: All other employees, Captains, office clerical employees, professional employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: The parties have agreed that Lieutenants, Wheelchair Van Attendants, and Dispatchers may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
