Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time non-professional back-end employees employed by the Employer at its One Great Valley Blvd, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania facility including Clerk I Dispensing; Forklift Operator; Handler I Material Dispensing; Senior Tech Dispensing; Senior Tech Material; Tech I Dispensing Level 1; Tech I Dispensing Level 2; Tech I Dispensing Level 3; Tech I Materials Level 1; Tech I Materials Level 2; and Tech I Materials Level 3. EXCLUDED: All other employees, front-end employees, pharmacists, non-clinical diverts, Rx entry employees, participant services employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. OTHERS PERMITTED TO VOTE: At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether the non-professional back-end employees in the classifications of Automation Mechanic Dispensing, Lead Automation Mechanic, and Tech I Canister Calibration are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit, and individuals in those classifications may vote in the election but their ballots shall be challenged since their eligibility has not been determined. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
