Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Nurse Practitioners, Physicians’ Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Behavioral Health Consultants employed by the Employer at the following private, not-for-profit health clinics: The Rising Sun Health Center, 5675 North Front Street Philadelphia, PA, PHMC Health Center at Temple located at 3401 North Broad Street Philadelphia, PA, Congreso Health Center located at 412 W. Lehigh Ave., Philadelphia, PA, PHMC Care Clinic located at 1200 Callowhill Street, Philadelphia, PA, Mary Howard Health Center for the Homeless located at 125 South 9th Street Philadelphia, PA, and PHMC Health Connection located at 1900 North 9th Street, Philadelphia, PA. Excluded: All other employees, including, but not limited to, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Peer Recovery Specialists, Program Directors, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Medical Case Managers, Physicians and Community Based Care Managers may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
