Excluded: All other employees, including registered nurses in non-nursing positions, pre-admission testing coordinators, directors, nurse managers, administrative supervisors, clinical educators, quality assurance coordinators, catheterization lab supervisor, cardiac rehabilitation manager, cardiac rehabilitation employees, patient educators, guards and supervisors as defined in National Labor Relations Act.
