Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time laboratory employees, production employees, Material Handlers, Operator Leads, Operator Trainees, Control Room Operators, Production Operators, Production Operator/Rail employees, Product Trainer Chief Boiler Operators, Quality Control (QC) Lab Techs, Lead QC Lab Techs, and Associate QC Lab Techs employed by the Employer in the Adhesives, Polyester, and QC buildings, and in Shipping & Receiving at its 286 Mantua Grove Road, West Deptford, New Jersey facility. Excluded: All other employees, employees who work in the Low Free Prepolymer building and/or product line, shipping and receiving clerks, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Lead Lab Technicians may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in this classification or group is included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
