Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time repair operators, forklift operators, automation technicians, DOT drivers, painters, quality control auditors, quality leads, saw operators, sorters, and utility technicians employed by the Employer at its Baltimore, Maryland facility currently located at 3030 Waterview Avenue, Suite 200, Baltimore, MD 21230, but excluding office clerical employees, guards, managers, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that shift leads, team leads, administrative coordinators and Automation Technician Erich Hofmann may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility or inclusion has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
