Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time employees with the following job classifications at the Employer’s brewery and warehouse facilities currently located at 4300 Williamsburg Avenue, Richmond, Virgina and 943 Airport Drive, Richmond, Virgina: Brewer I, Brewer II, Senior Brewer I, Cellar Technician, Instrumentation & Controls Technician, Inventory Coordinator, Line Cook I, Maintenance Technician I, Maintenance Technician II, Senior Maintenance Technician, Packaging Technician I, Packaging Technician II, Packaging Technician III, QA Analyst, QA Technician I, QA Microbiology Technician, Sensory Technician, Spare Parts Control, Taproom Crew Member, Tractor Trailer Driver, Warehouse Team Member I, Warehouse Team Member II, Brewing Shift Lead, Packaging Shift Lead, Lead Maintenance Technician, QA Lead, Taproom Lead, Warehouse Lead, and Warehouse Training Lead. Excluded: All other employees, including those with the job classifications of Continuous Improvement Specialist, Inventory Specialist, Supply Planner, Production Control Specialist, Process Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, Head Brewer, Lead, Manager, Microbiologist, Supervisor, and Director, confidential employees, office clerical employees, managerial employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
