Unit Description: Including: The Union as the exclusive bargaining agent under Section 9(a) of the National Labor Relations Act for all employees including all full-time and part-time employees, including CNA, housekeeping, dietary, and maintenance. Excluding: All other managers, supervisors office clerical confidential employees, professional employees & guards as defined by the Act, at the Company's 5373 Richmond Road Warsaw, Virginia location, for whom the Union is certified by the NLRB as the bargaining agent, for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to matters of pay, wages, hours of employment and other terms and conditions of employment. For purposes of this facility only, the Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) will be included in the definition of employees except to the extent that the LPN is acting in a supervisory capacity as agreed to by the Union and the Company.
