Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP A – PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES All full-time and regular part-time employees of Child Trends Inc. in levels 5b and below, including associate data scientist (II), communications manager, data scientist (I), deputy contract operations manager, editor, editorial director, policy specialist (I), research analyst, research communications analyst, research communications specialist (II), research fellow (II), research scientist (I), research scientist (II), sr. contracts and grants specialist, sr. creative manager, sr. project accountant, sr. policy analyst, sr. research analyst, sr. research communications analyst, sr. staff accountant, sr. technical assistance analyst, technical assistance specialist (I), and technical assistance specialist (II), but excluding all non-professional employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, temporary employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the following classifications in Voting Group A may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not yet been resolved: Group A: Sr. Project Manager No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility and inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
