Voting Unit (Unit A):All hourly-rated full time and regular part time production and maintenance employees employed by JWF Defense Systems, LLC, JWF Industries, Inc., and Johnstown Machining & Fabrication, Inc., Single Employer, at its Iron Street, Woodvale, and ETC Cramer Pike, Johnstown, Pennsylvania locations, including welders (production, fabrication, and lead), weld-school instructor, laborers, skilled laborers and laborers/assemblers, material handlers, machine operators, skilled machine operators, and multi-skilled machine operators, machinists and double-column machinists, paint line workers, painters, coating inspectors, and QA inspectors, fixture technicians, maintenance technicians, truck drivers, systems clerks, document control clerk, QA administrative assistant, engineering administrative assistant, programmer; excluding crew leaders, office clerical employees including machining administrative assistant, executive assistant, accounts payable clerk and accounts payable coordinator, internal auditor, supply chain administrative assistant, IT/MIS administrators and managers, Human Resources administrators, sales employees, business development employees, and professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
